This ensures your security, as we operate according to ANVR travel and booking conditions approved by the Consumers Association. The SGR membership also provides financial protection for your prepaid travel money.

All travel services on this website are offered subject to the ANVR Traveller Terms (ANVR Traveller Terms for Package Travel or the ANVR Booking Terms for single travel services and/or ANVR Linked Travel Arrangement Terms in addition to the ANVR Booking Terms). Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism
We actively support ANVR and ECPAT/Defence for children in protecting children from sexual exploitation in countries visited by our holidaymakers. We invite you to be alert and report assumed sexual abuse of children on www.dontlookaway.nl/uk. Information is available from the tour leader or representative from the organiser.
SGR Guarantee Scheme
Your money is Safe!
Explore Malawi is part of Explore More B.V. (KvK nr. 73581259) and is a registered participant of Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden (SGR) – registration number 3775. You can verify this on www.sgr.nl. Holidays listed on this website are covered by SGR’s guarantee, within the terms of the SGR guarantee scheme. Under SGR’s guarantee, consumers shall have their prepaid travel sum refunded if their counterparty is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations due to financial inability. Insofar as the agreement includes the transport and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be arranged.

Your destination may be far from home, but what happens in the event of a disaster there? We are also affiliated with the Dutch foundation Stichting Calamiteitenfonds Reizen. The guarantee offered by the Calamiteitenfonds entails that you, as a consumer participating in a holiday organised by us:
will be reimbursed for all or part of your travel sum in the event that we cannot provide the holiday in full or in part due to an emergency;
will be compensated for any additional costs in the event that we are forced to change the holiday or repatriate you prematurely due to an emergency.
